Time zone issues in chat

It appears that one of the chat servers did not update with the time change, this issue has been resolved. It will, however, take up to an hour for the chat to stabalize. Until then, new posts may appear to "disappear" but are actually be added with the correct time stamp. This issue will resolve by 7:30 pm Eastern Time.
