Phytoestrogens First, Then Maybe HRT

I have been trying out different Phytoestrogens (plant based estrogens) for the past few months and I think I have found one I like the most. It is the one by Life Extensions. I Googled "strongest phytoestrogens" and it came up on the search pretty high up. Has anyone else used it, and if so how long were you on it and what were your results? Any others I should try? I know it is a long shot but I want to totally exhaust phytoestrogens first before moving on to HRT. I saw one girl on Reddit that had been on Phytoestrogens for about a year and she looked feminine. So that is one reason why I am hoping Phytos will give me some results. Plus I like the anonymous side of OTC estrogen as opposed to prescriptions. But I have a funny feeling that I am going to have to do HRT. Ugh.

Talk to me ladies...

hey Quinetta, I agree that you should rather be on hrt, which a safer method. Ive experienced both ways and the hrt was the better one. Good luck gal!

I use Wild Yam cream that I massage into my breasts 2 or 3 times a week.

I agree that medically supervised HRT therapy is really the best and only way. You'll get the best results both mentally and physically. Of course it's not without its risks such as possible blood clots but when monitored by an experienced endocrinologist it is as safe as can be.

Re: Phytoestrogens First, Then Maybe HRT

Hi All,
I tried PM for about 6 months and experienced significant breast growth with no significant adverse side effects
I have now been on hrt Spiro and Progynova for about 4 years during which I experienced further breast growth (C cup) and desirable feminisation
I visited the endo every 6 months for the first couple of years but now renew my prescriptions online as I live about 500 km from the endo
So, in my experience, PM are both good for partially feminising the body, while online prescriptions are good for anonymity
However, neither fully cures gender dysphoria!
Hugs
Sandy

Re: Phytoestrogens First, Then Maybe HRT

PM with RR and DIM got me to a B cup, now use prescription patches instead of PM for almost 2 months now and they have NEVER hurt so much as they do now. If that's a good thing?
But starting it was all just about the boobs, they aren't that hugely important anymore, there is so much more to work on, so very much.
