Hello Ricky, Per your question/statement. For me it was back in the 1970's and all the girls were wearing bell bottoms, tunics and platform wedges. The platforms caught my eye's above all else. I had always admired how my sisters would wear those all the time. Honestly, they about lived in them. At any rate they were a few years older and they were about the same size as myself around the time. One day both were gone, the house was all to me and in a large family, that's rare thing. Needless to say, I ran straight to their room, found my favorite pair of wedges, strapped them on and gave them a short walk around.
Fast forward a few more times, my sister caught me as she had come home early from her part time job. She caught me sure enough, I thaught it would be the end of the world. I can't begin to tell you all the things going thru my mind from my brothers giving me the horse laugh to all my friends finding out. Not to mention they would look at me as a freak! However, my sister was really cool about the whole issue.
Long story short, she took pity on me, taught me how to walk in heels, turned me onto bell bottoms and other feminine clothing. This became our little game until she went to college. When she went to college I had outgrown most of the old heels she had given me and even a pair of Keds. Then as luck would have it she took me shopping a few times and she purchased me some more heels. Later I had to stop wearing heels, due to lack of larger sizes. Then out of blue I read an article in the Detroit Free Press about a place up in Rogers City, Michigan selling extended size wide width stilettos! Needless to say I sent for several pair of heels. After that and AOL shoe stores seemed to find me. By this time, I was totally hooked and living with my sister as I had started a vocation driving OTR. I was only in every few weeks or so, but, when I was in I cross-dressed like a wild woman. Be Safe !!!
